Wet The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages that have been delayed during transit.
It is the customers’ responsibility to provide the right shipment and delivery address. We cannot provide reimbursement for the package if the shipping address was supplied erroneously. If you however come to realisation that your details were incorrect before shipment , please refer to ‘Contact us’.

RETURNS POLICY
Wet The Label does not offer refunds, however, we can issue a store credit.
Items must be in original condition, unworn with tags still attached to be eligible for store credit. You will also be required to present proof of purchase.
Wet The Label has a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Wet The Label reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition upon inspection.
Wet The Label does not accept returns on any sale items.
